Diversity, it is what makes America great. As a small business owner in a small town, Debbie offers a variety of diverse services. A high energy level, project management skills and strong work ethic allows her to do many things.

 

 As a long time educator, teaching is at the core of most everything she does; advocating clients' best interests is at the essence of this practice.  When clients succeed, she succeeds. Success  is defined differently for people. It means different things to different people at varying times in their lives. 

 

Together we draft a blueprint that meets your needs. Debbie does not drop and run. She is vested  in her clients' success and happiness.

  

Trainer

 

Debbie is certifed to teach pyschology, anthropology, sociology and social studies in grades 4-12 in the state of Washington. She has taught in both public and private schools in grades K-12.

 

Debbie enjoyed teaching  pyschology classes and  communicationt courses at the college level.  She also has facilitated a number of support groups on varying topics. Using an interactive format, Debbie has presented a wide range of topics including effective learning, human development, career and life planning, scholarship writing,  and self-awareness and improvement topics.

 

Topics related to a changing workforce has been a thread in all she does. As a workforce professional she has current, real time information for both employees and employers. She has given a number of work force education presentations.

 

As a life long learner, Debbie continues to add to her training reportier.

Advocate

 

Our aging population deserves strong advocacy when they can no longer advocate for themselves. She works closely with families, care facilities, health care providers and social services to provide creative solutions.

 

Debbie has tackled a wide range of issues from fraud and abuse, to downsizing/selling  homes, to direct care issues. She has a group of trusted referrals on speed dial to assist seniors with competent help.

 

Honesty and strong advocacy skills serve clients well. Debbie is solution focused with a caring and gentle communication style. 

 

Later years can be peaceful. Bank accounts may not be  full, health not perfect, and more help needed, yet with the right help, clients can live a quality life for many years. Debbie can help construct a plan to meet your needs.

Project Management

 

Every project has a beginning and end. From the idea stage through completion and everything in between can be addressed in a systematic and cost effective manner.

 

Debbie has experience with education, non-profit, government and business start up. Beginning with a concept, she can develop a business structure complete with marketing, advertising and  public relations. Her easy communication style and lightening quick brainstorming provide client's with  many options. Combine this with a user friendly project development process and you are on your way. Of course, no project is complete without an evaluaiton tool and adjustments. Grant writing and fund raising round out her skills.
